Executive Board

The Executive Board is the highest board authority in the Tao organization. This number, however, can be increased or decreased as needed. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tao will typically preside over the Executive Board. Members of the Executive Board are referred to as Executive Board Members, or simply Executives.

The Executive Board has the ability to conduct the following actions:

• Vote to Authorize or Reject Partnerships with Other Entities
• Vote on and/or Propose Other Major Changes of and within Tao

Members of Tao’s Executive Board may choose to remain anonymous if they wish. There is no publicized list.
